mHealth Capital begins process to acquire Heltheo assets

CALGARY – mHealth Capital Corp. (TSXV:DOC.P), a capital pool company, has signed a letter of intent to buy certain assets of Illinois-based Heltheo Inc.

Heltheo is involved in the research and development of devices and services for delivering healthcare wirelessly, via mobile devices such as Smartphones and tablets.

mHealth Capital is looking to certain United States patent rights, software, source code rights and other assets.

The letter of intent says mHealth would pay for the assets with 4.7 million shares at 20 cents each for a total value of $950,000.
