EDMONTON – The leaders of Alberta’s main political parties are on the hustings in Calgary and southern Alberta Tuesday.

Liberal Leader David Swann is making an announcement about improving the lives of seniors in Lethbridge, then heads to Calgary for door knocking.

Conservative Leader Jim Prentice visits a Calgary fabrication shop before attending a barbecue.

Wildrose Leader Brian Jean holds a news conference in Calgary Tuesday afternoon, then hits the road to Sundre for a meet and greet at the community hall.

NDP Leader Rachel Notley attends a day of mourning for Albertans killed or injured on the job and also makes an announcement, both in Calgary.

Prentice attacked Notley on Monday for her promise to take a hands-off approach on two pipeline projects to get Alberta oil to the coast.
