Thieves use ladder to break into Saskatoon apartment

SASKATOON – Charges are pending against two people who allegedly broke into a Saskatoon apartment. The second-floor theft attempt happened Tuesday morning at the apartment building located in the 100-block of 25th Street.

Police received a report around 11:15 a.m. that a man and a woman had used a ladder to break into the apartment.

The pair were located by responding officers and arrested without incident.

The 36-year-old man and 23-year-old woman are facing charges of break and enter. Their names have not been released.
