HALIFAX – A 27-year old man is recovering in hospital from stab wounds after a brawl on Spring Garden Road on Tuesday night.
Police said they were called to the area around 7 p.m.

The victim was rushed to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Police said the suspect, a 20-year old man, fled the scene but was apprehended just a short distance away.
Police also seized a weapon nearby.
The suspect is expected to be in Halifax Provincial court Wednesday to face weapons and assault charges.
