MONTREAL — Braving -20C temperatures, Canadian Pacific Railway workers were walking the picket line while on strike at the Côte Saint-Luc railyard in Montreal on Monday.
The rail workers, represented by the Teamsters, walked off the job Sunday morning after contract talks failed to produce an agreement.
