Babysitter questioned in alleged sex assault

CALGARY – The Calgary Police Child Service’s Child Abuse Unit is investigating an alleged sexual assault in the community of Somerset.

Few details are known, but police say they received a complaint around 8 p.m. on Tuesday.

The child’s babysitter is being questioned in connection with the case.

No charges have been laid at this time.
