“The suspect reportedly rushed out of his hiding spot, ran between the two young women and slapped their buttocks before fleeing through the bushes to a waiting vehicle,” says Cst. Kris Clark.
The man was wearing a disguise.
“The suspect was seemingly dressed like a comic book superhero, wearing what appeared to be silver underwear over a red body suit with a red balaclava,” says Clark.
The vehicle was described as a smaller dark-coloured four-door car, which left the scene headed towards downtown Kelowna.
Clark says the two females were not injured.
