Three car crash sends one to hospital

WINNIPEG — A collision involving a number of vehicles sent one to hospital in Garden City Tuesday night.

Around 7:30 p.m. emergency crews responded to McPhilips Street and Jefferson Avenue after a three car crash.

A light standard was knocked down and one person was transported to hospital but there is no word on the person’s condition.

Cadets directed traffic at the scene while tow truck drivers worked to clear the intersection.
