TORONTO — Cameron Diaz tied the knot with musician Benji Madden on Monday night at their Los Angeles home.
“We couldn’t be happier to begin our new journey together surrounded by our closest family and friends,” the couple said in a statement to People.
Diaz, 42, and Madden, 35, were engaged in December after about six months together.

They exchanged vows in front of fewer than 100 family members and famous friends like Reese Witherspoon and Gwyneth Paltrow inside their home and then celebrated in tents on the property.
Serving as bridesmaids for Diaz were her assistant Jesse Lutz, sister Chimene and friends Drew Barrymore and Nicole Richie.
The wedding was reportedly coordinated by Yifat Oren and Stefanie Cove, who planned ceremonies for Witherspoon and Barrymore.
It is the first marriage for both stars. Madden was previously engaged to actress Sophie Monk.
Madden was a member of Good Charlotte with twin brother Joel Madden, who has been married to Richie since 2010.
