Saskatchewan man dies after farming accident

REGINA – A farming accident in rural Saskatchewan has claimed the life of a 57 year-old man.

RCMP in Fort Qu’Appelle were called to a farm in the RM of Qu’Appelle where two men on two separate tractors were trying to free a combine that got stuck in a field.

Early investigations reveal that the 57 year-old man got trapped underneath one of the tractors. EMS were called to the scene but could not revive the man.

Investigators do not believe the death is suspicious.
