TORONTO – NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell broke his silence Friday to address the rash of domestic violence incidents involving players in the league. But the highly anticipated news conference was interrupted by an outburst from Benjy Bronk, a writer for the Howard Stern Show.

Bronk, who is known for causing a stir during news conferences, was dragged out of the room while screaming, “What are you doing? Don’t take me to an elevator!”

In 2011, Bronk heckled Anthony Weiner while the former Congressman was announcing his resignation following a sex scandal.

“Will you maintain your hot physique?” Bronk shouted as Weiner left the podium following his remarks.

During his public appearance Friday, Goodell talked about the NFL’s personal conduct policy and promised changes to how the league handles domestic violence cases.
