Globalnews.ca will be live streaming the TIFF red carpet before the premiere of Canadian Francois Girard’s Boychoir at Roy Thomson Hall.
The movie stars Dustin Hoffman, Kathy Bates and Josh Lucas and follows an 11-year-old orphan from Texas who is sent to a boys’ choir school after the death of his mother.
Hoffman plays the choir master at the east coast boarding school that recognizes the talent of the young boy played by Garrett Wareing.
Girard also directed Thirty Two Short Films About Glenn Gould and The Red Violin.
