CALGARY – One person was airlifted to hospital on Monday after a serious crash between a car and a pickup truck near Okotoks.
It happened around 7:30 a.m. on Highway 552 and 192 Street East, about 20 kilometers east of the southern Alberta town.

Officials say the victim, a woman in her 30’s, suffered critical injures. The driver of the truck was not injured.
RCMP say the crash happened at a controlled intersection, but it was foggy at the time. They are now trying to determine what led to the crash.
