New Jets jersey’s to be unveiled

For all the Winnipeg Jets fans that are waiting to drop their bucks on that precious brand new Jets jersey, good news: the jersey unveiling has been scheduled. 

To set the mood for the unveiling the Jets organization has picked an air force base to show off their new threads. The event is set for 17Wing Winnipeg, Hangar No. 10 Tuesday, September 6th at 11 a.m.; the new home and away jersey’s will become public.

The Jets established a link with the Royal Canadian Air Force when they revealed the team’s new logo earlier this summer. The image resembles the Air Force’s maple leaf roundel insignia, with the image of a CF 18 jet on top.
