KELOWNA – One man is off the hook while another has pleaded guilty to charges stemming from a Kelowna home invasion.

On Halloween night in 2012, two men brandishing hand-guns burst into a Belaire Avenue house.

A woman resident was threatened but managed to run away and call 9-1-1.

At the time, police said the home may have been mistakenly targetted by the two men.

The suspects were traced to a nearby residence where arrests were made.

Matthew Scott Stewart,31, has admitted to break and enter and using an imitation firearm.

He’ll be sentenced at a later date.

The charges against Keven Graham,26, were stayed by the Crown.
