EDMONTON – It was a shocking sight at a central Edmonton Boston Pizza early Tuesday morning.

A man in his mid-20s arrived at the restaurant at 106 Street near 114 Avenue naked and allegedly suffering from a bullet wound to one of his legs.

He was treated by EMS and taken to hospital with non life-threatening injuries.

A little earlier, just after midnight, officers responded to a weapons complaint at 95 Street near 112 Avenue. They found a two-door silver Infiniti car riddled with what appeared to be bullet holes and with the driver-side window shot out. Shell casings were found on the ground near the vehicle.

Police identified and followed two suspect vehicles to the area of 118 Avenue and 95 Street where a traffic stop was done. Police won’t say whether a suspect has been identified.
