Her boyfriend, Shawn, surprised her outside of a restaurant where Colleen thought was attending a retirement party. Instead, she was at her own wedding.
Shawn planned the entire surprise by himself, inviting 200 guests to watch the spontaneous nuptials unfold — a sneaky plan he called “Operation White Cake.”
