EDMONTON – A four-year-old boy has passed away after being found face down in a pond south of Olds on Sunday evening.
Olds RCMP and EMS responded to the rural home after the boy was found by a family member in a pond on the property.

The boy was taken to the Children’s Hospital in Calgary where he died.
He and his family are from the United States and were visiting Alberta for a family reunion.
Foul play is not suspected and the name of the child is not being released at this time.
