CALGARY – On Thursday, the Alberta government announced bars, restaurants and lounges in Calgary have been authorized to begin serving alcohol at 8 a.m. during Stampede, instead of the usual 10 a.m.
It means local watering holes will be serving up Stampede cocktails earlier than ever before.
