Man charged after bomb threat at Lloydminster Husky upgrader

LLOYDMINISTER, Sask. – RCMP have arrested a man after a threat was made to bomb an oil upgrader.

Police in Lloydminster on the Alberta-Saskatchewan boundary say the threat was found on a social media post.

A person wrote that he was going to strap himself with a bomb and set it off at a Husky upgrader.

Chase John Michalski, 18, has been charged with uttering threats to destroy property.
