Eron Riley had been charged last August. His lawyer, Noah Evanchuk, confirmed yesterday that his client is no longer before the courts.

The charges stemmed from allegations that a man was beaten outside a Regina bar in August 2013.
Two other players, defensive back Dwight Anderson and wide receiver Taj Smith, are still accused. A preliminary hearing on the case is scheduled for next week.
