Three injured after car crashes into power pole, building

SASKATOON – Three people were taken to hospital and a driver has been suspended after a crash in Saskatoon Wednesday morning.

A car travelling on 11th Street West crashed into a power pole at the intersection of Avenue W South around 5:45 a.m.

The car then struck a building before ending up in the intersection.

Three people in the car were taken to hospital with what police say are non-life threatening injuries.

The 20-year-old driver was handed a 24-hour suspension.

Traffic was restricted in the area for over three hours while the collision analyst unit carried out its investigation.
