EDMONTON – Two people have been arrested after a fight broke out Saturday morning between two groups at a gas station in Edmonton’s northeast.
It happened at a 7-Eleven on 118 Avenue and 66 Street.
Police say the two parties pulled firearms on each other, but no shots were fired. However, officers say one man was stabbed during the altercation.
Two men were sent to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The business was closed for part of the morning because of the incident.
Police later surrounded a home just a few blocks away from the 7-Eleven. Officers say the two incidents were related.
Investigators are now questioning several people and looking through hours of video footage from the gas station.
Police are actively looking for two more suspects. They say everyone involved has a criminal background and are known to police.
