FORT QU’APPELLE, Sask. – Saskatchewan RCMP have issued a Canada-wide arrest warrant for Richard Daniel Wolfe.
Wolfe, 38, has been charged with sexual assault and assault with a weapon after a woman said she was sexually assaulted by Wolfe at a house in Fort Qu’Appelle on Sunday morning.

Wolfe has a lengthy criminal history, including an 18-year sentence on convictions for attempted murder in Manitoba back in 1996.
He served 2/3 of his sentence and has been on statutory release since September 2010.
