RCMP investigate Moncton shooting

MONCTON – Codiac Regional RCMP are investigating a shooting that took place on Robinson Street in Moncton, just before 7 a.m. Sunday.

A 39-year-old man suffered gunshot wounds, reportedly in the leg. He was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

RCMP say they “do not believe this was a random incident.”

The suspect is still at large and is believed to be in his late twenties, wearing a dark hoodie, red shirt, dark hat and pants.
