Winnipeg Jets Andrew Ladd to play 600th regular season NHL game

He’s a two time Stanley Cup winner and as captain of the Winnipeg Jets, Andrew Ladd leads by example.

Friday the Jets play the New York Rangers. Ladd will play in his 600th NHL regular season game but it will be the 601st  game that he’s dressed for.

Ladd played the first 127 games of his career with the Carolina Hurricanes who drafted him fourth overall in the 2004 Entry Draft.

But there was another game with the Canes that isn’t counted, because Ladd sat on the bench for the full 60 minutes.

As a member of the Winnipeg Jets/Atlanta Thrashers franchise, this will be game 279 for Ladd who has 93 goals and 109 assists.
