On Thursday, Christopher Falconer’s lawyers called their first and only witness of the trial, Scott Falconer, the accused’s father. The 53-year-old offered insight into a phone conservation he had with his son, shortly after Christopher was arrested.

After closing arguments, the trial will adjourn until Monday. Then, Judge Nick Scaravelli will instruct the jury before they break to deliberate.
