TORONTO — The reality show stars best known simply as Rob and Amber are set to become parents for the fourth time.
“Boston Rob” Mariano shared the happy news Tuesday by posting an ultrasound picture on Twitter.
“My wife Amber is so hot, I can’t keep my hands off her… Here is to 2014!!! #4,” he wrote.
The four-time Survivor competitor — he won Survivor: Redemption Island — celebrated his 38th birthday on Christmas Day.
Amber, 35, competed on two seasons of Survivor.

They competed as a couple in two seasons of The Amazing Race and starred in Rob and Amber: Against the Odds.
The two have been married since 2005 and have three daughters: Lucia, 4, Carina, 3, and Isabetta, 19 months.
