“To all our fans in mainland Europe, we’re really sorry but due to some unforeseeable changes in our scheduling, we’re having to cancel our European tour dates in February/March,” read a message posted online. “Thanks for your ongoing support.”

The group’s members said they were “totally gutted” by the decision to cancel shows and explained: “It is out of our hands.”

Parker, Jay McGuiness, Nathan Sykes and newly engaged Siva Kaneswaran braved the Montreal chill without George, checking into the W Hotel ahead of Tuesday’s promotional appearance.
