TORONTO – Beleaguered Toronto Mayor Rob Ford was in attendance Sunday as the Buffalo Bills took on the Atlanta Falcons at the Rogers Centre.
The mayor drew a crowd of people; fans lined up to take pictures of Ford as he took his seat in the lower tier of a VIP section behind the Falcons bench.
But whether Ford was sitting in the right section was up for debate after east coast rocker Matt Mays tweeted that the mayor had taken his seat.
Ford is known to be a big football fan and a former high school coach attended the game wearing a jersey of Buffalo Bills’ running back Fred Jackson.
The mayor has spent recent months in the media spotlight after his admission that he smoked crack cocaine while mayor and appearing drunk in public.
