Lost and found: Lethbridge police reunite jewelry with owners

It’s not common to find jewelry on the ground, but Lethbridge police found the rightful owners of two diamond rings that were found in a drug store and gas station.

Police say on April 26, a white gold, tear-drop shaped diamond ring was found at London Drugs and security turned it in to police.

On July 14, a resident then found a white gold, diamond solitaire ring at the Safeway gas station in west Lethbridge. The ring was turned in at the front counter of the police station.

On Oct. 3, Lethbridge police said they identified the rightful owners.
