The Step ‘n Stride for Parkinson’s event in Calgary is at South Glenmore Park on Saturday September 9th!
Every September for the past ten years, our Parkinson’s communities from across Alberta have gathered as one community and walked for Parkinson’s. With your support, they have raised more than $3 million dollars to help support a better life for those living with and loving someone with Parkinson disease and Parkinson’s Plus Syndromes.
Registration will begin at 9am and the walk starts approximately at 10:30am. Participants have the option of walking 1km, 3km, or 5km. Afterwards, everyone meets back at the starting point for the celebration party! There will be food and beverages, kids activities, door prizes, games, entertainment and more.

You can register as an individual or a team and select Calgary under the location option and follow the steps to get your account activated. Then the fundraising begins! The goal for Calgary is $115,000 with our total fundraising for the province to be $400,000!
