Bicycle Film Festival Calgary

Bicycle Film Festival is coming to Calgary. Presented by Ridley’s Cycle, BFF Calgary showcases a curated selection of documentaries, narratives, award-winning directors, and emerging talents all sharing equal billing as we take a journey around the world to celebrate the bicycle. We’re proud to be supporting Youth En Route with net proceeds from the event. Youth en Route: Started in Calgary in 2021, Youth en Route works to make sure that youth have the agency to ride a bike to where they want to go. They support the next generation to choose active travel and in the process create youth who are autonomous and resilient, healthy, and connected to their communities. Bicycle Film Festival: Founded in New York in 2001, BFF has an incredible history of working with the most important artists, filmmakers, venues, and institutions around the world. BFF has been hosted in over 100 cities worldwide to an audience of more than a million people. Venues have included the Barbican London, the Sydney Opera House, and other world-class venues in cities like Tokyo, Mexico City, Berlin, Istanbul, and more.
