Based in Toronto, Nicole oversees the business and health units and news planning for the national online team at Global News. She is currently serving as acting managing editor, where she steers the team’s national, international and breaking news coverage.
Nicole joined Global News in 2021 after spending five years at BNN Bloomberg where she managed its digital team. Prior to that, she covered the 2015 federal election for CTVNews.ca.
Throughout her career, Nicole has covered a wide range of topics with particular focus on Canadian business and finance.
In 2021, Nicole oversaw globalnews.ca’s federal election coverage, which in 2022 won a RTDNA Award.
