SASKATOON – Two men, who appeared in Saskatoon court Wednesday to face charges of first-degree murder, are brothers.
Abraham Eagle, 23, and 28-year-old Albert Eagle are accused of beating Kelly Diehl to death in an alley this past summer.

The incident took place at the end of August in the 500-block of 5th Avenue North.
The siblings were already in custody for other charges when they were arrested yesterday by police.
A no contact order has been issued – neither of the accused can be in contact with a list of six people, including one another, as all are said to be witnesses.
The accused will be back in court on Nov. 20.
