EDMONTON- Four people were arrested at the Boonstock Music Festival early Saturday morning.
Three men and one woman were arrested around 5:00 a.m. Sunday, after RCMP witnessed a suspected drug transaction, officers said Sunday morning.
After searching the four people and their vehicle, RCMP found a loaded semi-automatic handgun, a substance officers suspected to be cocaine, a can of bear spray, methamphetamine, marijuana and MDMA consistent with trafficking, RCMP said.
The group was arrested in the campground area of the music festival, which is being held in Gibbons Alberta.
