It’s part toy, part therapeutic technology.
The machine developed in the Netherlands is called a Snoezelen, a combination of two Dutch words that mean “to explore and to relax.”
The Snoezelen is about more than colorful optic fibers that encourage a child to build motor skills. It helps children focus on things that are comforting and relaxing and take focus away from things that cause anxiety and pain.
