Three men were arrested after a robbery early Sunday morning in Portage la Prairie, Man.
At 4:30 a.m. RCMP were called to a home on Oak Bay after a woman was attacked by three masked suspects. The victim said one of the suspects was armed with a rifle.
RCMP Cpl. Chornomydyz and his dog partner Ozzy were called to track the suspects down. Ozzy tracked the three to the backyard of a home on Poplar Bay where officers found the three men in an unlocked shed.
Three Portage la Prairie men were taken into custody and charged: Joshua Catcheway, 23, Maurice Merrick, 25 and Stewart Young, 26.
All three were charged with assault with a weapon, robbery with firearm, possess weapon dangerous to the public and disguise with intent.
