Adele fans who didn’t catch her on her world tour that’s winding down may be out of luck in the future because she’s revealed to fans that she’s unsure if she will tour again.

During one of the final shows of her 25 tour Sunday, the singer said “Touring isn’t something I’m good at… Applause makes me feel a bit vulnerable.”

“I don’t know if I will ever tour again. The only reason I’ve toured is you. I’m not sure if touring is my bag,” Adele said between songs, according to The NZ Herald.

Adele sang through heavy rain at the outdoor show in Auckland on Sunday. Photos show her in a drenched dress for part of the concert and also donning a plastic poncho.

She joked that she “just spent two hours in hair and makeup for nothing.”

The concert was Adele’s last one before she formally finishes the tour in her hometown of London with four sold-out dates at Wembley Stadium this summer.

Adele has never hid the fact that she dislikes going on tour.

During an interview with Q Magazine, she said, “I have anxiety attacks, constant panicking on stage. My heart feels like it’s going to explode because I never feel like I’m going to deliver, ever.”

Adele is known for pulling fans on stage during her concerts. She was delighted at her final Australian show on March 19, when a man proposed to his partner in front of the crowd at Melbourne’s Etihad Stadium.

At the same concert, between singing her songs, she carried on with her usual crowd banter and at one point, she called out a security guard for telling people to sit down.

“Just before we go to the next song … excuse me sir, I know you work here, but can you please stop telling people to sit down?” Adele said.

She continued: “This is a music show. If people can’t see, then they can stand up. And if you’re moaning about people dancing, then what the f**k did you come to a show for?”

“If I see one more person being told to sit down, I swear to God.”
