Two men on Santa’s naughty list will be getting something worse than a lump of coal when they open their ill-gotten gifts on Christmas morning.
That’s because a Las Vegas man, tired of seeing packages disappear off of his front porch, left a pretend parcel out front of his house Saturday containing an…interesting surprise.
“[We] stuffed it full of reprocessed dog chow,” Eric Snow told News 3LV in Las Vegas.
Fed up with what he said was repeated instances of theft in recent weeks, Snow left a “bait” parcel for the thieves — courtesy of his 95-pound German Sheppard, Heidi.

Security cameras at Snow’s home captured two men driving up to his house Saturday afternoon. One of the men hopped out of the car, grabbed the “delivery” and then sped off.
And while Snow and his neighbours have had a laugh at the footage since then, they also hope it will deter the men — or others like them — from stealing parcels.
“I thought it was hilarious,” Snow’s neighbour, Sandra Goodwin, told News 3LV. “Hopefully these people will realize that we’re tired of them.”
