Police seized meth and stolen property, and charged 16 people following raids at two homes in Saskatoon.
The raids were carried out Thursday morning in the 300-block of Avenue J South by the guns and gangs unit, who were aided by the tactical support unit.

Bicycles, tools, two firearms and meth were seized.
Seven men, between the ages of 20 to 52, and nine women, between the ages of 19 and 46, are facing trafficking and stolen property charges. More charges are expected to be laid.
Police believe there is a link between the latest raid and one in July, when 40 stolen bikes were recovered in the same block as Thursday’s raid.

The break and enter unit is helping with the investigation to identify any stolen property.
Investigators are asking anyone who had property stolen to file a thorough and detailed report, either online at the Saskatoon Police Service (SPS) website or on the SPS online app.
