Calgary police are asking the public for information related to a sex assault on a woman walking through Riley Park late Sunday night.
Police said between 11 p.m. Sunday and 1 a.m. Monday, a woman was approached by a man who “assaulted her, pushed her to the ground and sexually assaulted her.” Riley Park is in the 800 block of 12 Street N.W.
Police describe the suspect as between 6’0 and 6’2” tall with a heavy build. They said he was wearing dark clothing at the time of the alleged attack.
