WINNIPEG — Winnipeg Blue Bombers’ receiver Weston Dressler has not been ruled out to play this week.
Dressler, 31, did not practice on Monday but was on the field as a spectator.

He left Friday’s season opening loss to the Montreal Alouettes in the first quarter after a helmet on helmet collision. But the team is still anticipating he can suit up against the Calgary Stampeders.
“We’re hopeful he’ll be ready this week,” said head coach Mike O’Shea. “But it’s like anything else. He shows up every day, sees Al (Head Athletic Therapist Alain Couture) and go from there.
It appeared Dressler suffered a head injury on the play but O’Shea would not confirm he suffered a concussion.
“We don’t discuss the specifics of injuries,” O’Shea said. “Like I said, I’m hopeful that he’ll be ready this week.”

Dressler missed most of training camp with a lower body injury but made three catches for 22 yards in his first game with the Bombers before getting injured.
The Bombers travel to Calgary to face the Stampeders on Friday.
