Eugene Tan has said some of the information provided to Justice Jamie Campbell at the original bail hearing was shown to be “unreliable” in a subsequent preliminary hearing.
All preliminary trial and bail evidence before the court is protected by a routine publication ban.
The lawyers will return to court for the bail review hearing before Campbell on July 28.
Sandeson was charged with the first-degree murder of Taylor Samson on Aug. 20, 2015 and ordered to stand trial on March 29 following the preliminary hearing.
