“I want to remind the public to secure their vehicles and outbuildings to make things a bit more difficult for thieves,” said Cpl. Chris Richardson of the Penticton RCMP. “It is evident that they went to great lengths to cut locks and overcome security, however in the majority of incidents it appears to have been an easy opportunity to take valuables from an insecure location.”

Any information regarding suspicious vehicles in the Naramata area on Wednesday night and Thursday morning should be reported to Cpl. Chris Richardson of the Penticton RCMP 250-492-4300 or to Crimestoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
