Manitoba Moose share their passion for reading with elementary students

WINNIPEG — Just because I Love to Read Month is over, it doesn’t mean people’s passion for books has to as well.

The Manitoba Moose flipped pages on Tuesday at ten schools across Winnipeg. The goal was to encourage and promote literacy to kids in the community. Schools were selected from entries submitted by students who listed the top five reasons players should stop by their class for storytime..

On top of reading, the Moose also answered questions and signed autographs for students.
