WINNIPEG – Adam Pardy’s days with the Winnipeg Jets have come to an end.

The veteran defenceman was claimed off waivers by the Edmonton Oilers on Monday morning. Pardy joined the Jets as a free agent on July 6, 2013. He put up 16 points in 129 games with Winnipeg including an assist in 14 games this year. The Jets re-signed Pardy to a one-year, $1-million contract last summer. He will become an unrestricted free agent on July 1.
