RCMP say no foul play is suspected after a young man’s body was found in Richmond on Dec. 31, 2015.
The body was found in the early afternoon in the frozen waters just south of Garden City Park.

The RCMP Underwater Recovery Team helped the Swift Water Rescue Technician from Richmond Fire-Rescue recover the body.
The man’s identity has not been released at this time, but his cause of death is not suspicious.
The BC Coroners Service is investigating.
