UPDATE:  Kelowna RCMP say arrests have been made in connection to a violent break and enter that happend on Boxing Day. 

Police say they identified two suspects in late December and requested warrants for their arrest.

On January 26, 2016 both suspects turned themselves in to the Kelowna RCMP Detachment.

The suspects, two brothers from Cochrane, Alberta, were taken into custody without incident.

Both have been released on bail with several conditions and will be back in court on February 18 in Kelowna.

34-year-old Jarred Burrow and 24-year-old Parker Burrow face several charges including possession of a loaded firearm, break and enter, and assault causing bodily harm.

KELOWNA–RCMP haven’t responded to requests for information about the closure of Christleton Avenue near Pandosy Street, but some residents in the area say they are concerned for their safety.

Several police vehicles showed up at a residence in the 400 block of Christleton Avenue around 3 p.m. Saturday.

Soon, RCMP had the area taped off.

Several people were seen being interviewed by RCMP outside the residence.
