SAINT JOHN – Dennis Oland‘s lawyer says he will appeal his client’s second-degree murder conviction.
Alan Gold confirmed today that they have started work on the legal challenge.

Oland was convicted Saturday in the death of his father, prominent New Brunswick businessman Richard Oland.
The trial heard from nearly 50 witnesses and revealed a case built on what Justice John Walsh called largely circumstantial evidence.
